Carol Concert 2025

Join us as we celebrate our 80th anniversary this winter in the Haddo Chapel with 4 concerts, followed by refreshments in the library.

In the winter of 1945 June Gordon and her husband David set up what you know today as Haddo House Choral and Operatic Society. In the beginning this was only a small group, extended to friends and family a few months after World War Two. They wanted to bring music to the North East of Scotland and only after two years they performed Handel's Messiah, and the rest is history. With a choir performance taking place every year since we began in that cold winter we owe it all to June, and we would like to share this moment with you.
